About the event
As an Ontario non-profit, we hold an annual general meeting (AGM) at least once every 15 months, within six months of the fiscal year-end, to elect directors, approve financial statements, and conduct other business. This will be a hybrid meetings, in-person and digital.

At this year's AGM, elections will be held to elect 1 member to the Board of Directors. If you are interested, please complete the Nomination Form by December 1st at 7pm. Information about each candidate will then be shared with all members for viewing.
