Looking to put your Card-On-File?

Here’s some information on our payment processor and what we have access to.

How do payments work?

Once you enter in a payment profile in your CourtReserve account, you'll be able to pay using that without having to lift a finger.

Whenever you're looking to pay for a league, booking, or lesson just let the front desk staff know you'll be paying with "card on file" and you're good to go!

Will I get unexpected charges?

Nobody wants unexpected charges.

We will never charge your card on file without getting your permission first.

The only charges that come out automatically would be our recurring monthly memberships.

If you're ever looking to remove your payment profile it's a breeze, you can easy do it in CourtReserve or call/email us and we'll ensure it's no longer on file.

If you ever see a charge you're not sure about or don't know what it's for please shoot us an email.

How do you know that Stripe is secure?

Security is taken very seriously

Taken from Stripe’s website:

"Anyone involved with the processing, transmission, or storage of card data must comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry."

PCI compliance is a shared responsibility and applies to both Stripe and our business. When accepting payments, you must do so in a PCI compliant manner. The simplest way for you to be PCI compliant is to never see (or have access to) card data at all. Stripe makes this easy us as we don't need to store anyone's card information.

In short, this means that we (Sudbury Tennis) do not see or store or have access to your credit card data on our servers because it is sent directly to Stripe. When you or any player enters credit card data into one of our forms on Sudbury Tennis, the credit card data is never sent to the Sudbury Tennis' server, so we do not handle any sensitive data on our server. This means that a breach of our servers or computers wouldn’t result in any stolen credit card data, it also means no staff have the ability to access your credit card information.
